Connecting Carlsberg: Utilizing Teams as an employee experience platform across 30 markets

Using SharePoint Modern, Viva Connections and change management tactics, Carlsberg launched a new intranet experience in 2022 to it’s more than 30.000+ employees. Join the ride from the project’s start to end were we juggled 50+ stakeholders, a dozen languages and just as many country-specific requirements and managed to provide our colleagues with a new Intranet where we inform, engage, and connect Carlsberg employees via one unified platform.
