IntraTeam Event Stockholm is a conference organised by IntraTeam (Denmark) in collaboration with Intranätverk (Sweden). The conference runs similarly to IntraTeam Event Copenhagen. Networking is a key part of our conferences, therefore we hope that you will find time to chat with the participants, especially after your presentations and during the breaks.
You are welcome to bring your colleagues. We offer 50% off tickets for them. Write to Ted at Ted@IntraNatverk.se to sign them up or learn about possible options.
If you are a consultant, we can also offer you a 20% discount code for your clients – write to us if you are interested so we can make a customized one for you.
The conference takes place at Bryggarsalen.

There are several parking houses in the area, the closest is Riddarsporren at Hagagatan 19. Prices are 4 euros/h or 20 euros/day. Otherwise, there are also parking spots on the streets.
We promote each of the sessions on our social media profiles prior to the event. We would appreciate if you could also share it to your followers. You are also welcome to use our banners, posters and graphics (you can download those below).

4. Your Presentation
Before your sessions, we would like to collect your slides, to be published later to the attendees. Therefore, please submit your presentation to us no later than October 14. You are of course allowed to make small adjustments to what you sent us before the conference. There will be a computer in your room, so you do not have to bring your own, but you can if you wish. We will appreciate if you bring your presentation to the room on a USB stick. The projector resolution is 16:9 and has VGR/HDMI-connections.
Our participants will gain access to all the presentations. If you do not wish to have your presentations published afterwards – let Ted or Kurt know.
Bryggarsalen provides a technician who can help you setting up the presentation if needed. Please be at the conference room 5-10 min before so we can assist you.

If you need us to print anything for your presentation/workshop – send it no later than until October 10.
All the rooms have separate names, such as “Ölmamsellen”, “Bryggmästaren” or “Flasksköljaren”. You can find the room for your session in the programme. Ask the reception about their placement if in doubt.
Changes to the programme and your room may occur. Make sure you double-check right before the conference dates.
6. Networking Dinners
All speakers are welcome to join the networking dinners. They are on us. Please inform us before the event that you wish to join. Please let Ted know as soon as possible.
