1. What is included in the cost of the conference?

The entry fee includes breakfast, lunch, refreshments and hot drinks during the conference. In between, there are snacks and small dishes available. 

2. Are there any discounts on the ticket price available?

We have special prices if you sign up early for the event or bring your colleagues. To check our current prices go to TICKETS. If you are thinking about coming as a group, contact us at info@intranatverk.se, and we will make a special discount depending on the group size.

3. Can I give my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can. In case of that, please let us know by writing an email to info@intranatverk.se.

4. Can I get my ticket refunded?

Yes, you can. However, depending on the time of your request, we apply specific rules. Cancellation must be in writing to Intranätverk AB, info@intranatverk.se. A service fee of 10% of the full conference price will be charged. For cancellations received 8-14 days before the conference, 50% of the full conference price will be charged.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any fee in connection with cancellations later than 7 days before the conference. But we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the registered attendee stating their intention to transfer registration to a named individual. In case of cancellation of the conference, IntraTeam aps is only responsible for refunding the price paid. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of IntraTeam to alter the content, time or venue.

5. There are 2 sessions at the same time. How does it work? 

We have different sessions at the same time, each with a different topic. We provide bullet points and/or a description of each session. After the event, you can download most of the presentations, so you can get to know what you missed.

6. Can I park my car at the Bryggarsalen? If so, how much does it cost?

Parking is limited on the streets. We would suggest the closest car park Riddarsporren. It costs 4 Euro / h or 20 Euros/day.

7. Is there free Wi-Fi at the venue?

Yes. We will provide you with the password when you enter.

8. Is the venue accessible for disabled people?

Yes, the venue is accessible for wheelchairs. If that is your case and we should know about it, please inform us by email: info@intranatverk.se.

9. What if I have a food allergy/intolerance and plan to attend the networking dinner?

If you are joining us for the networking dinner and have a food allergy/intolerance – write to us at: info@intranatverk.se.

10. What to see in Stockholm?

There is, of course, a lot to see in Stockholm. A good start is to visit Visit Stockholm. Here you can find info about what to see, eat and drink and a lot more. A smart function is that you can narrow the info by area. Choose area “Vasastan” if you want info about the area around the venue.
