Lottie Bazley, Staffbase (UK)
Lottie discovered her passion for communication after studying English and Journalism. Her career in education led her to roles in communication and employee engagement. In her role at Staffbase as a Communications Consultant, Lottie works closely with clients to encourage them to make the most of their internal comms strategies; helping them gain a deep understanding as to where they are now, and where they can improve. Lottie also regularly works with HR and Communications publications to inspire businesses to ‘do comms better’, especially when it comes to inclusion, equity & diversity, and supporting a remote workforce.
